The youngest's birthday

well another year gone so another birthday
this year we are into tractors

it was made local and and is rather good we think - its got the tractor and even a landrover
- it went down well -

bonfire and fireworks at ormside

tonight was the bonfire and fireworks at ormside - a good night was had by all !!!!

ready for halloween ?

well me and the youngest set to yesterday and hey presto !

well its better than last years turnip - and a lot easier - should have tried pumpkins years ago - much softer and easier to carve !


they were selling them off in aldi - only 99p !

a new addition to the family

and here she is - all say hello to tess !

tess is a beagle/collie cross and is a 12 year old rescue dog
so far so good - she is fairly mellow and well behaved
she gets on well with the rest of the zoo(except the cat) - but we are working on that
lets see how we get on !

get out and about and get some fresh air - we did

it was a cold start to the day - a bit frosty with a light dusting of snow on the tops

we had to go out to get something so on the way back we took in a greenlane and enjoyed the scenery
